CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us at Harmony Aesthetics Center. Each time slot is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule changes may arise, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to accommodate another guest. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments 48 hours in advance to help avoid any scheduling conflicts. Because services are reserved exclusively for you, a valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee for any appointments. Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may result in your appointment being considered a last-minute cancellation, and the corresponding cancellation fee will apply. This ensures we stay on schedule and respect the time of all guests. Confirmation Texts & Emails As a courtesy, we will send text and email reminders prior to your appointment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment time to avoid missed or late arrivals and any associated fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the highest quality service to all of our guests.
